He’s the first one to meet you at the gate and has the kindest eye. We own four horses from the same stud and all of them have great minds and are smart and easy to work with. He stands at 13.2hh right now and will likely mature to around 14.1hh but will be quite stocky and stands on hard black feet. He has a great foundation with 16 rides so far and extensive ground work done. He can ride in and out of the arena and is extremely gentle, confident, and willing to learn. Smooth walk, trot, lope and stops HARD. He would excel in the reining, cow horse, VRH, or cutting if interested in showing. Can ride out alone or with others and has been exposed to cattle. He’s happy to jump in the trailer, backs out of a trailer, ties, has spent lots of time around dogs, is whistle trained to catch in the pasture, and is a favorite of the farrier. Frito would make an excellent project for a handy kid or smaller person. Ranch on him, show him, or do it all- he will excel at anything you ask him to do. I plan to use him for the rest of our fall work so he will be seeing lots very soon. PPE and shipping at buyers expense. Have some video available from early on but am working on getting more up to date video shortly.
