Hey there my name is Reese Cannon I am 21 years currently in Bruneau Idaho, looking for work around the 1st of the year when I finish up at shoeing school. Preferably a mostly riding job but am more than happy to do whatever task is required of me with zero hesitation or negative attitude towards it. I’ve been cowboying for 3 1/2 years now and have experienced in the feedlot doctoring calves along with shipping both weaner calves and fat cattle, shipping and receiving cattle, Processing calves and pen riding all age groups of feeder catte. I have experience calving both cows and heifers, which includes working for an outfit that calves out 2200 first calf heifers on big meadows where we pulled everything that need pulled outside, can pull calves outside, stitch up uterine proplapses, pair up ignorant cattle correctly and identify sick calves whether it be bad eyes, respiratory or scours, have experience working a camp job and gathering some big and very rocky rough country, can scatter a circle pretty well. Proficient with a rope on both ends. Can shoe a horse and am very open to shoeing any ranch horses that need shod. I am still green in the grand scheme of things and have a lot to learn but I am humble and work hard, looking for a place I can continue to improve on my abilities and keep learning and soaking up as much knowledge as I can, anything I don’t know I am very willing to shut up and learn and do for a place no questions asked.
