Wild West Horse Adventures is Hiring!



Full-Time Position (4–5 Days/Week) – North Scottsdale, AZ



Start Date: November 1st-April 30th



Seasonal Opportunity: Option to join us at our Idaho location (June 1st–September 30th)





We’re looking for a special kind of person to join our team—someone who truly loves people and has a deep passion for horses. This role primarily involves taking private groups on guided trail rides through the beautiful Sonoran Preserve (1–3 hours per ride, up to 4 rides per day).

At Wild West Horse Adventures, safety and customer experience come first.





We pride ourselves on offering top-quality, private horseback adventures and maintaining the highest standard of care for both our horses and our guests.





Alongside guiding, daily responsibilities include caring for the horses, cleaning pens, and ensuring our rigs are spotless before hauling to the trailhead.





Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Confident hauling a truck and trailer

• Able to pass a background check

• Minimum 3 years of horse experience

• Able to lift 100 lbs

• Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

• Clean, classic cowboy attire





Compensation:

Starting at $125/day (DOE) + cash tips (average $50–$100 per ride)
