Description:
150 gentle red and black Salers steers for sale. Currently averaging 550 pounds. Mostly polled, remainder dehorned. Up to date on vaccines. Will start weaning in mid October. Available in November. From our herd that has been closed since 1986. These steers are moderate framed, moderate fleshed and uniform. When we fed then out in the past they would gain 3.5 pounds a day, feed conversion of 5 or 5.5 to 1, almost all yield grade 1 and 2, about 2/3 choice. Willing to sell any or all. Call for more info
