Hello, my name is Owen and I am a 22 year old from Ohio. My fiancee and I are moving to Burleson Texas (15 miles south of Fort Worth) in early january 2026 and I am trying to find a ranch job that is willing to train someone green. I have next to no experience in anything on a ranch. I can tack up a horse and am trying to teach myself to rope with a roping dummy in my basement. I am good with my hands, and no stranger to hard work, and willing to do whatever gets thrown at me. I can repair small-medium sized motors/transmissions and operate smaller machinery. Willing to do down and dirty grunt work to get a foot in the door. I don’t need a live in opportunity, and I would be willing to drive up to around an hour maybe an hour and a half. I am willing to work for very cheap, but not nothing. Thanks for your consideration.
