We are seeking a full-time/year-around ranch employee for our generational family owned cow/calf operation in Eastern Washington.



We are seeking a courteous employee that is honest, has good work ethic, positive attitude, helpful, friendly, able to work alone and with a team, self-motivated, organized and has common sense. You will need a strong background in low stress cattle handling, calving, vaccinating, be able to ride young horses, basic roping, basic shoeing, mechanical skills, equipment operator such as backhoe and tractor, some knowledge of welding, carpentry and electrical. First Aid and fire fighting a plus.



Valid drivers license a must.



Resourcefulness is a must in order to keep water lines flowing, trucks and ATV’s operating, fences mended, corrals maintained, etc. Ranching is hard work so you must be physically fit and able to lift hay bales, saddles, pipe, barrels, etc. If you want to be part of our ranch, please submit: 1) Resume; 2) References or letters of recommendation.



Includes on the ranch housing of 3 bedroom/2 Bath home, 1/2 beef annually, and we provide feed for 2 of your ranch working horses.
