Description:
Pass Ranch is a multi-generational family cow/calf/yearling operation seeking help with daily ranching activities. Looking for a long-term replacement to a married couple who recently retired.



What we do:



Move and work cattle horseback and on 4-wheeler



Build and maintain fence lines (crucial for yearling operations)



Year-round care for cattle by identifying and treating sickness, feeding hay, salt, and mineral, and calving



Bale approx. 2000 acres of hay, as well as maintain the ranch property and further cattle care with tractors and loaders





What we offer:



A 3 bed, 2 bath double-wide trailer home with new carpet and flooring, electricity and gas included



Beef



Opportunity to run your own horses



Opportunity for a working couple to live and work the same ranch





What we need:



One salaried full-time position



One flexible hourly position (can average full-time in the span of a year)



Horseback riding experience
