Accounting experience of a Minimum of 1 Year is Required.

Knowledge of agriculture is preferred.

A person that is attentive to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines as necessary.



Responsibilities & Duties

Accounting:

Use Quickbooks ONLINE (QBO) to update and categorize business owners’ financials.

Assist with QuickBooks Online Set Up, Catch Up and Clean Up.

Enter and Correct Account Payables and Account Receivables.

Understand data from source documents and data from downloads.

Perform reconciliations.

Ability to learn new technologies.

Assist with problem resolution.

Analyze data as needed.

Assist with delivery of Monthly, Quarterly, & Annual Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
