Description:
This horse is one of a kind, with the word kind being a great description of him right next to gentle. I call him Crimson and he is the smartest and easiest colt/horse I’ve ever had the pleasure of training and being around. When working with Crimson everything is so effortless, he acts like he’s seen it and done it all before. On top of that he is a really correct and efficient mover and it seems like things are just easy for him.

As of this post he’s had about 8 rides under saddle, he was so chill we started him in the arena – no round corral for this guy. I am able to ride him bareback with just a halter and lead rope and get on him from the fence. While bareback I have used him to push a giant beach ball, and step up on wood planks to simulate a bridge. With each and every ride Crimson improves so he progresses quickly, no going back to square one with him.

Horses like this make working with them a pleasure, As I’m a 52 year old woman I said I was done starting and riding colts….. but I’m riding and working with this guy, that tells you how gentle he is and how safe I feel.

He’s had his feet trimmed once, you can pick up his feet, fly spray him, spray him down with a hose – always a gentleman.

Crimson is one of those one in a million horses and I can’t say enough about him.

He’s registered a red roan but his color changes with lighting and the seasons – gray, grullo, liver roan – each one looks beautiful on him.
