Description:
Pocos Cinder Jewel is registered with AQHA and could be registered with ABRA too. I got her as a project horse in October 2023 and have taken her training very seriously.



Training: She had a year of ground work and showing and has gone to tons of different places. She has showed in OHSET and 4-H for 2 years. We have qualified for State events in 4-H ground training, in hand trail, showmanship, and OHSET in hand trail! She was started under saddle in August 2024 and has been ridden consistently since then. She has showed under saddle in 4-H open shows and in bonus classes in OHSET. She has solid ground manners, trailers great, stands for the farrier, cross ties, ground ties, behaves well with other horses, and is easy to catch in the field. As for riding, she is solid w/t/c both English and western, can be roped off of, has been on cows, neck reins, rides bridle-less, drags objects, and can be ridden bareback with just a halter and lead rope. We are working on ranch horse stops, rollbacks, and flying lead changes at the moment. She would make a great kids horse since she isn’t spooky and is very gentle with kids of all ages. I have given many kids lessons on her and she’s even been a camp horse at a summer camp!



She is UTD on vaccines, farrier, and teeth.



Behavior and movement: She has a lot of personality and is very expressive, but is very friendly. She has sensitive skin and mouth, so does need a light hand. She moves very western pleasure like, but has a nice uphill canter.She’s very smart and not spooky. I feel very comfortable and safe riding her anywhere.

I’m in no rush to sell her, just want her to go to the right person! Local inquiries only please! We are not willing to have her shipped out of state to someone who has never seen her in person.
