He is the total package… athletic, trainable, and has a great mind to go in any direction. This young gelding has all the fundamentals you look for in a good prospect. He’ll walk, trot lope on a loose rein with smooth, well-balanced gaits. He has correct, relaxed stops and turnarounds. He wants to be very soft and willing and is extremely trainable.

Grimm is the type of gelding that just wants to please. He’s not watchy, spooky, or reactive. Instead he meets new things with curiosity and confidence. He does well with time off and doesn’t need to be overly-ridden to stay gentle, making him a great fit for most programs. Whether you’re in the arena, out in the pasture, or heading down the trail, he’s steady, relaxed and an enjoyable ride. He does well alone or in a group and is the kind of young horse you can trust to stay level-headed in most situations.

Around the barn, Grimm is just as easy. He stands tied like a gentleman for grooming, saddling, and bathing. He loads and hauls with ease, making him a no-nonsense partner on the road.
