Description:
"Chocolate" is a gentle, well broke (to ride and drive) pony with excellent ground manners. She can be ridden independently, led, ponied, saddled, ridden bareback and even double. No spook, bolt, kick or bite. She has fantastic ground manners, ties, bathes, clips, loads and trailers without any problems. She is neither pushy nor rude, not mare-ish.



Our daughter has ridden her in the local parades, roped the dummy off of her, followed cattle and hopped on her bareback and bridleless in the pasture with other loose horses. She has pulled kids around on the sled in the wintertime for hours! She is a very safe and kind pony; perfect for fostering a lifelong love of horses.



She is a grade tobiano pony mare, vet and previous owner estimate her age to be around 21. She is in great health. We have her trimmed every 8 weeks and had her teeth floated in June. We have owned her for four years and never had any injuries or illness, nor are we aware of any previous issues. We are selling because our youngest daughter has outgrown her. I would estimate she would be best for a 3 to 8-year-old child. Our daughter is a petite nine-year-old.



Chocolate can sit for months and is the same dependable steed when you pull her out. She is the perfect first mount! Asking price includes cart and harness. We also have a like new saddle and bridle which could be purchased for additional price. Absolutely most go to a good home.
