RT Blue Moon Hero

We were very excited the day this filly was born because she is the only blue roan ever sired by our late stallion, Starlight Oak Hero (LTE of approximately $300,000). Hero’s offspring come with very calm dispositions and he himself had an awesome disposition- my 4 year old son would ride him unassisted. Hero was my main heel horse and won me a lot of money roping including at the Riata Buckle in OK and World Series Team Roping in Wickenburg and Las Vegas!



This filly is out of a maiden mare that we rode her two and three-year old years before breeding her. The grandam of this filly was my wife’s saddle horse all of her growing up years and a maternal sister to this fillies dam is my head horse now. Her dam is sired by the great ER Hot Chex (who won both the high point open and junior calf roping and heeling for 2 years He also had 622 AQHA pts including pts in reining and cowhorse). The female line here is tried tested and true. She is put together right and will get you noticed wherever you go plus she’ll make an excellent broodmare later on in life.
