“RT Blue Rowdy” is a GORGEOUS 2010 AQHA BLUE ROAN gelding that has a long mane and tail and kind eyes. Rowdy has been part of our family since he was 2 years old, and he has been a horse for the whole family. He has been thousands of miles in the mountains, in parades, across pastures, etc. and will cross any obstacle with confidence and ease. He has no buck, kick, bite, or spook. He is the kind that can ride up or down depending on the abilities of his rider and has had small children to experienced adults riding him and enjoying him. He has done every aspect of ranch work. He has been used to rope and doctor cattle of all sizes, from calves to yearlings to big momma cows. He has loaded hundreds of yearlings onto trucks, sorted pairs, and penned cattle in big pastures. He has ponied colts near and far. He has been used to elk hunt for many years, and he packs elk back to camp with ease. He is tough, and he can go all day long. If I wanted to ride through downtown Dallas in the middle of the night, I would not hesitate to ride Rowdy. He is sound, safe, and ready and willing to do whatever you ask, whether that be taking you on a ride through the mountains, going to catch a wayward cow, or packing around a beginner rider. There is none better to be your next faithful friend. On top of everything else, anyone will agree he is a beauty to look at! He weights approximately 1200 lbs and stands around 16.1 hands tall, and he is the stunning blue roan color everyone looks for. He is big, honest, and reliable.
