Description:
We are looking for a Division Manager for our Whitcraft division located just 5 miles from town which has an excellent school system (K-12). We need a well rounded individual that is able to manage a crew of up to 7 people through the year. That person will be responsible with all day to day operations of this location. We are a horseback outfit that raises our own horses for ranch use. We pasture calve the majority of our cattle. We put up all of the ranch’s hay ourselves and feed with hay processors during the feeding season (Dec 1 - April 1).



The following skills would be very helpful for this position:

*very organized driven individual

*team player

*takes direction well

*Good with people

*able to manage a crew

*good horsemanship skills

*able to shoe horses

*able to start young colts

*good stockmanship skills

*calving experience

*Irrigation experience (pivot and flood)

*experience putting up hay (round bales)

*good mechanical skills

*able to do general maintenance and some repairs



This location winters and calves a large number of cattle which includes yearlings, bulls and cows. 2 center pivots plus flood irrigation at this location.
