We offer year-round activities, including horseback rides, guided snowmobile tours, and a winter snow tubing hill. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and memorable experiences for every guest while maintaining the values of hard work, teamwork, and hospitality. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual or couple to join our team as All-Around Ranch Hands, with at least one person holding a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement to drive guest shuttles. This position combines guest service with hands-on ranch work and requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with horseback rides: saddling, guiding, caring for horses, and helping guests. • Support snowmobile tours and tubing hill operations: equipment checks, safety briefings, and guest assistance. • Drive buses/shuttles to safely transport guests to and from ranch activities (CDL required). • Perform ranch chores: livestock feeding, fencing, maintenance, and seasonal projects. • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Qualifications: • Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required for at least one applicant (preferred if both hold CDL). • Experience in ranch work, livestock handling, or hospitality is helpful but not required. • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn. • Positive, people-friendly attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
