2011 Grullo Roan Stallion. What a blessing this stallion has been for our program! “Hog” is a piece of foundation history. The old school, bulldog, built to last kind. He is color tested homozygous roan, 5 panel N/N, N/Imm. This stallion stands 16h and weighs 1400+. He is broke to ride, and as kind as any stallion can be. “Hog” has ran with his band of mares on thousands of acres, and always comes running when he sees us. In the off season, he shares a pen at home with four other studs, and gets along just like any old gelding would. We have had three foal crops by Hog, and his babies are something else. Yearlings have sold for $12,500 and some weanling for $10k. The only reason why this stallion is offered is simply because we have retained a handful of his fillies, and have bought another stallion to cross on them.
