Description:
We are seeking a full-time, long-term, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand at our cattle and hay operation in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. If you’re passionate about working outdoors and committed to getting the job done, we want to hear from you.



Note: We do not use horses or dogs on our ranch — 4-wheelers only.



Job Duties:

- Daily care of cattle using 4-wheelers, including feeding, herding, and monitoring health

- Assist with hay farming operations: planting, cutting, baling

- Maintain and operate ranch equipment and tools

- Perform general ranch tasks such as fencing, barn cleaning, and infrastructure upkeep

- Handle seasonal tasks and heavy lifting as needed



Requirements:

- Ranch/farm experience preferred, but willing to train the right person

- No laziness or excuses — don’t BS me

- Comfortable working with livestock and hay crops

- Strong work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team

- Capable of operating tractors, trucks, and other equipment

- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

- Positive attitude and willingness to listen, learn, and retain

- Reliable transportation to and from the ranch

- Absolutely no drug or alcohol use

- Non-smoker only

- Clean criminal background

- References required

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Housing may be available
