Description:
**Hiring – Ranch/Farm Hand/mechanic**



We’re looking for a motivated full-time employee to join our family-run cattle and hay operation in Mackay, Idaho. Summer is busy with haying, irrigation, and intensive grazing – and we’re getting ready for fall calving, so we need someone ready to jump in.



**Position:** Farm & Ranch Hand (mechanical experience is a plus!)

**Location:** Mackay, Idaho

**Pay:** Competitive, based on experience

**Start:** ASAP



**What you’ll do:**

✔️ Repair and maintain tractors, balers, loaders, trucks, and trailers

✔️ Help with haying, feeding, fencing, and irrigation

✔️ Feeding, doctoring, and tending to 700+ cattle operation, for summer season, assist with moving cows for rotational grazing, and calving season during the falls

✔️ General farm and ranch work through the summer, fall and winter



**Ideal skills:**



* Mechanical and troubleshooting experience

* Ability to operate equipment safely

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Livestock experience
