Stirrup Leo Wonder aka "Star"



Star is a 3 year old registered dun gelding, standing 15.1hh.

He truly has been a wonder! He is quick to learn and smooth to ride.



Star has been started in breakaway and heeling. He is quiet in the box, picking up on his start well, hooks right on to the cow, and rates off the cow well. The videos below are from his 2nd time breakaway roping out of the box and his 4th time heeling.



I have done goat tying step offs of him as well. He logs and pulls good and tracks cows like a dream! He is polite and gentle on the ground and in the saddle. He needs some improving on his side pass, but he pivots, stops, and backs up great.

He is sound and never had soreness issues.



He doesn’t spook and is KID SAFE!!!



He has been rode bareback by myself and kids, as well as had kids stand on him bareback and in a halter.



He is very willing to work and will make a fantastic rope horse for anyone!
