Description:
Looking for day or full time work, the closer to central CA the better. Considerable experience with cow-calf production and backgrounding weaned calves through yearlings, both in the home ranch and multi-pen, confined grow-yard setting.

-Competent administering various working protocols to standard for maximum cost efficiency and product efficacy. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled in herd health, proper administration of pharmaceuticals in all routes as indicated, including IV.

-Proficient with niche marketing; 6+years producing natural certified marketed calves maintaining compliance and disqualification standards, wagyu cross, and grass fed beef.

Capable of roping and doctoring in a team or solo.

Experience operating tractors and feeding with attachments.

Experience bailing hay. Some silage exp.

Not looking to hire onto 4 wheeler outfits.

BQA certified.
