Fall Calving & Animal Welfare: Experienced in managing fall calving operations, adept at mitigating risks such as vector-borne ailments and heat stress. Skilled in assessing calf and cow needs (e.g., colostrum, labor assistance), performing calf pulls, and ensuring optimal animal welfare through low-stress handling techniques during roping, doctoring, and movement.
