We are a hardworking husband-wife team seeking a live-in caretaker position on a privately owned ranch in Southwest Montana. With extensive hands-on experience in ranch operations, guest services, animal care, and property maintenance, we’re equipped to manage your ranch as if it were our own.



His Background – Decades of Ranch & Outdoor Leadership:

• Onsite Manager for Remote Ranch Owners – Oversaw daily operations of a full-service ranch property, including guest homes, shooting preserve, and livestock facilities.

• Outfitter & Guide – Led guided fly fishing, duck, pheasant, and deer hunts, as well as daily trail rides for large groups. Educated guests on horse handling and supervised cattle drives.

• Horseman & Trainer – Experienced in riding, breaking, and training green horses, including prepping them for professional cutting horse competition and use in guest programs.

• Livestock & Ranch Work – Assisted in calving 300+ cows during harsh winters, hayed cattle, drove teams of draft horses, and performed all types of mechanical and fencing work.

• Wilderness Wrangler/Camp Jack – Packed gear and game in and out of remote camps several different wilderness areas. Set up and broke down camps, grazed and fed stock, and handled meat pack-outs for hunters.

• Administrative Duties – Managed purchasing of supplies, coordinated ranch trips, guest schedules, and logistics for visiting owners.
