Description:
Couple in search of a ranch job due to current ranch selling out . We are hoping to both work full time, we have plenty of years of experience and are young, healthy and fit. Our goal is to stay awhile at a ranch if it’s the right fit for both parties.



I have 10+ years of experience working on yearling, feedlot, and cow/calf outfits. I am proficient in roping, identifying sick cattle, doctoring, herd health and fixing fence. I can also run most ranch equipment, weld, fabricate, and I have basic mechanic skills. Minimal farming/irrigating experience but willing to learn.



I have my own tack and saddle horses, working dogs and 2 non-working, well behaved, inside dogs.



My girlfriend has several years of riding experience as well, has worked for horse trainers and as a wrangler the past 3 years. She has also worked cattle and managed her own herd of horses at a few different ranches. She is proficient in driving tractors and can run most equipment on a ranch.



We are looking for a “long-term” employment opportunity. Neither of us are afraid of hard work, we are self starters and don’t need to be micromanaged.



Ideally, we would like to work on the same ranch full time but if there is only part time work for my girlfriend that would also work. She is open to new opportunities as well.



We are currently located in eastern Oregon but we are willing to relocate anywhere in CO, AZ, OR, MT, NV, NM, ID, WY, WA, CA and can be open to other locations if it’s the right fit.
