ATTENTION!!

Once again we find ourselves WITHOUT any interns heading into this fall to assist with halter breaking our 2025 foals. We started last March with hiring 5 interns for May-Aug and May-Dec and for various reasons they are no longer here. Our daughter is expecting baby #3 in November and will only be able to assist for a little longer and will stay on maternity leave until spring 2026.

Without assistance to halter break we will be discounting prices to get our foals moved on to new homes. We are super proud of our 2025 foals and very proud of many of our stallions.

This pricing will have them vaccinated, boostered, dewormed, handled 2 times (maybe more), weaned and eating well for 2 weeks before travel. Our standard 10% discount for multiple or repeat buyers will still stand.

You may find these foals in their own albums on Facebook and our website. Our most recent pictures are already on our website, Facebook and RWAs. We will provide additional videos of the stallion groups as a whole upon request.

Jacks Our Bartender has been declining, and we will soon be preg checking his mares that pastured with him this summer. Could be that these 2025s are his last offspring. His bloodline will remain in our program through his daughters and a 2024 stallion prospect we have retained.

Check out this dynamic colt! Born 5-23-25. Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year we have chosen movie themes for our different stallions. Top Gun Whiskey foals will be named after the Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie. Next year we will do similar call signs from the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have Lord Of The Rings and Hobbit themed names. This colt is named Pippin who is one of the main characters of the Lord of the Rings series. Pippin is the youngest Hobbit and also the youngest member in the Fellowship of the Ring, and promises to protect Bilbo’s nephew, Frodo Baggins with his life.

‘Pippin’ is a bay stallion with a star and we don’t see any white on his feet as of now. His dam is Anyware who was purchased October 2016 from Wagonhound Land & Livestock Co., LLC as a consignment at the Return to the Remuda Sale at The Four Sixes Ranch in Texas. We had been looking for a daughter of Playgun for a couple years and are very pleased with the purchase of ‘Jewels’. We feel her pedigree speaks for itself. She is about 14-3, very feminine and stout and thick. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She was purchased open for 2017 but with an inclusive 2017 breeding to WR This Cats Smart. We enrolled her in the embryo transfer program which resulted in a total of 4 foals. Two are full siblings by WR and the other two are full siblings by Bet Hesa Cat. One of her WR 2018 foals, Anyware This Cat, went to a repeat buyer in Kansas. The other, Anyware This Smart went to a home in Illinois. Her 2018 Bet Hesa Cat foals Anyware Lucky Bet and Anyware Bet are both fillies we have retained for ourselves. Anyware Bet was shown in NRCHA, Verstility and Cutting and has been back for several years ranching for us. She is a tremendous asset to our cattle ranch. Anyware Lucky Bet had her first foal in 2022 and it was euthanized due to a broken leg; had a fantastic bay roan filly in 2023 and a stud colt so far in 2025. In 2020 Anyware had Whiskey Up Pistol JW, a bay stallion by Whoop Up Whiskey that is in TX as potential stud prospect. Her 2021 foal, Paddys Gin Pistol JW, went to AZ with a repeat buyer. Her 2022 foal, Paddys Gin Pepto JW, went to the same home as his 2021 brother. Her 2023 foal, Paddys Gin Royal JW, stayed in ND with our employer. Her 2024 colt, Paddys Gin Mars JW, is in MT with a repeat buyer.

Pippin’s sire is TRR Paddys Texas Gin aka Tex. This is Tex’s 17th foal crop. He puts very thick and muscular foals on the ground with very nice muscle expression on them as well as a lot of athleticism and as they develop, they have a lot of vigor. The oldest ones have been started under saddle by various buyers and we are hearing good things from all of them. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile—Tanquery Gin, Doc O’Lena, Docs Starlight, Poco Tivio, Peppy San Badger. His daughters, when bred to current barrel stallions are producing 1D and 2D barrel horses with other owners.

Anyware has produced nice foals with our Paddy’s sons. We are really liking this cross with Tex and Pippin is the 5th of full siblings and they are all just fantastic. Tex is a HERDA carrier so please watch for his genetic results.

Foal is eligible for the Iowa Quarter Horse Association Ranch Horse Futurity.

2025 PRICING INCLUDES: Halter/lead rope, negative coggins, health, brand inspection, initial and booster vaccinations of EWT-Flu-Rhino, 1 bag of his current feed, AQHA transfer fee paid and halter training. This is a $300+ value included in the price. Repeat and multiple horse buyers will be less. If you are not already an AQHA member, you may get your own membership, or we will assess you an additional $65 one-year membership fee to do the $40 transfer for your new purchase.
