Hello everyone, my name is Joshua Davis. I知 looking for ranch work in the Sacramento area or surrounding counties through the fall, winter, and spring. I知 a 17 year old student at Cosumnes River College, getting my AA-T Degree in Ag Business. I was an intern on a regenerative cattle ranch in Colorado this summer, but am looking for something close to home during the school year (I have a pretty flexible schedule) I’m fairly green but I have a solid foundation and am excited to learn new things and work more.

I知 a fast learner, a good communicator, and I知 honest. I was not born into ranching, but it is my passion.



I have experience:

Moving cattle horseback and on foot in rough, mountainous terrain `

Fixing barb wire, woven wire, and electric fence

Ditch flood irrigation

Gated pipe irrigation

Cleaning stalls

Feeding and watering livestock

Interacting with customers at farmers market

Shaving, Freeze branding, and banding calves

Pulling calves

Assisting with doctoring horses

And much more that isn稚 coming to mind right now.
