Description:
Family operation seeking a couple experienced in ranch life for full time nanny/childcare position and full-time ranch work for spouse.



Childcare for 15-month-old infant, 40-45 hours/week average throughout the year, attending to all aspects of his care during the day. Lots of early mornings and 10-hour days. Wintertime is more likely to be 8 hours 5 days a week. Occasionally assisting with getting 2 older children to and from the bus.



Ranch work would entail all aspects of ranching. Maintenance and repairs of equipment, fence and facilities. Feeding livestock and assisting with capital improvement projects. Checking water and monitoring animal welfare. Time off would coincide with spouse’s schedule typically.



Salary for both positions dependent on experience. Housing and utilities provided. Housing is best suited to a couple or small family.



Applicants must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation of their own and speak fluent English.
