We are looking to hire a ranch cook at both ranches, housekeepers/kitchen help and ranch maintenance workers. Applicants with skills in multiple areas should apply. Immediate start date. The summer season concludes in October with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season. Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming. Each of our ranches has a small staff and we are looking for individuals who will be team players and able to step in where needed. Room and board are included in compensation package. We are actively hiring for the below positions: RANCH COOK ($18/hr plus room & board): Duties include: -Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner -Food and supply ordering -Create weekly menus -Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests -Maintain clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean-up -Work professionally and efficiently with other kitchen and ranch staff HOUSEKEEPING/KITCHEN HELP ($15/hr plus room & board): Duties include but are not limited to: -Cleaning and servicing guest rooms -Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning -Cleaning of common areas -Laundry and maintenance of laundry room -Preparation of dining areas for meals -Meal Service and clearing tables after meals -Assist with meal prep as needed -Wash dishes RANCH MAINTENANCE (starting at $15/hr plus room & board): General maintenance skills required, including but not limited to: Electrical Carpentry Plumbing Drywalling Painting General vehicle/equipment maintenance HVAC experience Landscaping Room and board are included in the compensation package.
