Description:
Looking for an all around ranch hand. Must have experience with cattle, hay and irrigation in a remote valley in SW Colorado.



800 acres under irrigation: mostly pivots and wheel lines, some flood and gated pipe. Raising alfalfa and rotating with some grass, oats, and triticale. Must be able to cut, rake and bale hay as well as operate and maintain equipment.



There is a small feedlot where we wean calves in the fall 45-60 days. Must be able to feed rations and doctor sick calves. May also have 1st calf heifers in the spring to calve and tag. Must be able to sort and manage cattle horseback and at times with a 4 wheeler.



We have multiple ranches across Colorado, Utah and Nevada. We are looking for great long term employees. Must be a self-starter, team player, honest and hard working. This is a great opportunity for the right individual or family. Housing, utilities and full benefits available.
