Description:
My name is Roosevelt Nicholes. I’m a 19-year-old from southeastern Louisiana, and I’m a former firefighter with a bit of ranching experience from back when I was 17, working in Wyoming and Nebraska. I’m looking to get back into hand work preferably cowboy or ranch work in North Carolina or the surrounding states. I’m not gonna lie I’m still pretty green, but I’m willing to work hard, learn fast, and do whatever’s needed. With my firefighting background, I’m no stranger to long days, tough conditions, and hard labor. I’m comfortable around livestock, handy with tools, and not afraid to get dirty. I take direction well, work well with a team, and show up ready every day. I’m open to seasonal or long-term work, and I’d prefer something with housing if possible. I’ve experienced a few different things in my short life and cowboying is one of the best. I am looking for an opportunity to learn and make a life out of this.
