Description:
Hi I’m Maddie Koller, I’m 29 years old and I’m seeking employment beginning after August 10th, 2025. Currently I’m working as the Equine Manager for an outdoor play located in Palo Duro Canyon. I manage 8 horses and 6 riders. I’ve trained the horses to perform confidently being shot off of, around fire, on stage, in crowds, packing flags, etc. It’s been a rewarding and unique experience, although the position is seasonal.



I have 9 years experience with horses. My experience comes from working on ranches, feedyards, standing studs (live cover), handling horses from new born to senior age, and colt starting.



I also work as a digital marketing manager, specializing in promoting standing studs and horses for sale. My role includes creating advertisements, producing sale videos, capturing sale photos, and marketing each horse to its targeted audience. This role has given me a strong understanding of how to accurately and effectively represent each horse to ensure a successful and ethical sale.



I know how to operate front end loaders and skid steers, fix fence, haul up to 40ft stock trailers, and manage successful feed programs for horses. I have lightly began roping, I would very much enjoy learning more.



I have previous experience as a veterinary technician and executive administrator. My resume and references are available upon request.



I’m located in Canyon, Texas, but I’m very open to relocating—ideally within Texas. I travel with my 2 children, 3 well-mannered dogs, and personal horses. I come with a camper trailer, a 14-foot stock trailer, and a truck capable of hauling both.
