Description:
A large family-owned cattle ranch in Southern New Mexico is seeking a full time ranch hand. This individual would be responsible for general ranch maintenance including water lines, cattle infrastructure, vehicle and equipment maintenance, property upkeep and light construction projects. This is not a cowboy position, but cattle experience is a plus, as you will be asked to help with cattle work from time to time.

Individual needs to be hard working, self motivated, reliable, trustworthy and able to work under a General Manager. There is nothing we would ask you to do that we wouldn’t do ourselves.

Part time work available for a spouse/partner to help with cleaning of the main house and office.

Housing and all utilities provided. Families welcome.

Un gran rancho ganadero de propiedad familiar en el sur de Nuevo México está buscando un ayudante de rancho de tiempo completo. Esta persona será responsable del mantenimiento general del rancho, incluyendo líneas de agua, infraestructura ganadera, mantenimiento de vehículos y equipo, mantenimiento de la propiedad y proyectos de construcción ligera. Este no es un puesto de vaquero, pero se valora la experiencia con ganado, ya que ocasionalmente se le pedirá que ayude con el manejo del ganado.
