2015 AQHA Blue Roan Gelding

He has the WOW Factor!! He is BIG, BEAUTIFUL, and BLUE ROAN!! Affectionately know around the barn as Bluesy. Standing 15.2h and weighing in at 1250 lbs Bluesy is big enough and talented enough for any job or just enjoy him down the trail. Bluesy was originally trained by a reining horse trainer who gave him the proper fundamentals to mold him into the outstanding gelding he has become. In the arena Bluesy has a steady walk, smooth jog and a very nice extended trot. He lead departures left lead or right lead with just the squeeze of your leg. Bluesy lopes cadenced circles and stays between your legs and reins. He is very fancy and fun to ride. He can go fast or slow and can roll back on a dime. He has a nice turnaround and a good stop. He is truly one hand broke in a bridle. He guides effortlessly everywhere. He would excel in the Versatility Ranch Horse or the Stock Horse Shows. Out on the trails he is experienced and solid. He will guide carefully through the brush, he crosses water, bridges, goes up and down steep hills. He has been overnight camped and high lined quite a bit with no issues. Bluesy has been used on the ranch as well. He knows all the chores from gathering in the pasture, sorting in the pens, loading trucks and dragging calves to the branding fire. He has been exposed to flags, tarps, the big ball, ridden double and even by the kids. Bluesy is a stand-up gelding that has been in great hands his whole life and one you won’t be disappointed with.
