Must be honest, reliable, self-starter, and non-smoking.

Job would include but not limited to: Baling hay (John Deere tractor & baler), welding, operating Kubota skid steers, assisting our service manager with repairs and service, mixing TMR rations and running a vertical mixer truck, and must be open-minded and willing to learn.

Will also include helping process cattle, check/rotate herds, tag calves, keep records, and doctor sick calves on a side-by-side or 4-wheeler; we have nice equipment and expect you to treat our equipment respectfully and clean on a weekly basis.

Other tasks will include spraying thistles, cleaning bunks, fixing fence, and keeping electric fence hot. This position may also be used to help process goats and sheep.

Wages based on experience and performance. References are required and will be contacted; no family references unless you’ve actually worked for them. Minimum 3 references required.

-We will ONLY be hiring qualified people and are NOT hiring to train for this position.

Housing available for qualified applicants.
