Job Title: Full-Time Field Operator, Ranch Division

Location: 15 Miles South of Kersey, CO



Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Ranch Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general ranch work, including horseback riding, branding, feeding, and overseeing the health and well-being of cattle. Additional responsibilities will include maintenance, cattle and horse handling, and general ranch upkeep.



Qualifications:



Experience working with cattle and horses



Proficient in basic ranch maintenance tasks



Knowledge of cattle care and general ranch operations



Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required



Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
