We have owned him since 2014. Easy to load, tie, bathe, saddle, shoe, etc. He will sometimes try to walk off when you’re getting on. He has never offered to buck in his life. Great around kids but not a dead head. He’s aware of his surroundings. He has been used mostly as a ranch/trail horse. He does great in all types of terrain, goes wherever you point him and never quits on you. He has also been used to practice heading on the heelomatic. He will also stand still next to it and let our son practice swinging his rope. He’s an easy keeper and one of the quieter ones in our herd. We had his legs/feet xrayed this year along with a vet check and negative coggins. All came back clear. These videos were taken to show a prospective buyer he could be used in a equine therapy or riding lessons setting. This horse does have an exercise induced cough which is shown in the video. He never coughs at a walk, but once you move him into a trot and lope, he develops a dry cough. He doesn’t have any wheezing and the cough clears on its own once he gets back to a walk. The ideal home for him would be someone that will use him as a trail horse or out on the ranch to check fences and gather cattle. More pictures and copy of registration available upon request.
