We’re looking for a full-time Lodge Hostess who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys serving others, and is ready to jump in wherever needed. Each day is different—from preparing cowboy-style meals to greeting guests from all over the world—and the right person will be resourceful, joyful, and ready for adventure. Key Responsibilities: Before Guest Arrival: Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure comfort and cleanliness Plan meals for incoming guests and help create grocery lists based on the menu Assist with food prep and lodge readiness for upcoming stays Guest Arrival & Stay: Warmly welcome guests and assist them in settling into their rooms Offer lodge tours and provide helpful information about their stay, activities, and amenities Be attentive to guest needs throughout their time on the ranch Meal Creation & Hosting: Assist in preparing and cooking hearty, elevated ranch-style meals Be creative in the kitchen—our remote location means flexibility is key when ingredients are limited Help with serving, cleanup, and maintaining a welcoming dining space Daily Lodge Support: Adapt to changing needs—no two days look the same Assist with miscellaneous tasks like restocking, light organizing, or helping with events Work closely with a small team to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a remote setting Confidence in the kitchen—able to whip up great meals with what’s on hand Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed A heart for service, teamwork, and a deep appreciation for ranch life Perks: Private housing provided: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom tiny home located right on the ranch Opportunities to learn new skills, enjoy breathtaking scenery, and be part of a faith- and family-focused ranch team Meals provided while guests are on-site And you are in the kitchen Posted 05-20-25 4041 visitors have viewed this ad
