Beaker is a 7-year-old grade bay roan gelding. Breaker is the kind of horse you drive the wheels off your truck looking for! Standing at 15.2 hands, weighing 1250 lbs., and wearing a size 1 shoe, he is stout made gelding ready for any job! Breaker has been enjoyed by my whole family! I have used him here on the Pitchfork Ranch for any and every job from doctoring in the pasture, packing into hunting camp, to starting colts and packing friends and family around. Beaker is my wife’s favorite mount in the branding trap and is safe for my son to ride moving cows. He is safe with children running around riding bikes and roping while he is being saddled and has been a "go-to" mount for us. Beaker is a kind horse as he is easy to catch as he will walk right up to you in the pasture. He is good to shoe, tie, load, you name it. Beaker is missing a front tooth but never has affected him. Beaker has also been featured in Schaefer Outfitter Ads as well! We have sure enjoyed Beaker, and we know that the next family that takes him home will enjoy him as well!
