We’re looking for a kind, experienced and self-motivated couple to help care for our ranch near Whitesboro, TX. The position will include ranch work and housekeeping. For the ranch work, we need someone who takes pride in their work, treats animals and property with care and respect, and will show initiative without constant direction. A kind, patient attitude, good communication and strong work ethic are essential. This is a physically active position, involving daily feeding of horses, gardening and landscape tasks. The housekeeping position involves cleaning the main house and office, 3 times per week. Key responsibilities: Daily feeding of all horses Gardening, landscaping and seasonal outdoor work Running local errands (feed, hardware, etc) Manage property needs Light handyman tasks and home projects support Keeping barns, outbuildings, and exterior areas neat and functional Be a right hand help to the owners for projects and general property tasks Monitoring property for issues (ie: broken fencing, waterers, gates, etc) General house and office cleaning Required traits & skills: Reliable, respectful, and trustworthy Comfortable working unsupervised and taking initiative Fluent in English with clear communication Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds regularly High energy and strong attention to detail Ability to operate a tractor with front end loader/forks We are looking for a couple interested in a long-term position, to be part of the team, and take pride in helping our property and operations thrive for years to come.
