Description:
Boon is as big as he is pretty. Standing 15.3 hands and weighing in at 1,100 lbs, he’s broke to do any job you need done. I have doctored lots of cattle outside by myself on him, drug calves to the fire, picked up bucking horses, loaded trucks and chute tubs, gathered rough country, headed on him and he’s been exhibitioned on the barrels. I’ve also used him for ranch rodeos and team brandings. He knows his leads in the arena and knows his job outside. He is the same horse everyday no matter the weather. He is big and strong and covers country but is gentle enough for almost anyone. My 10-year-old son used him to ship on last fall because his horse was hurt. Boon runs hard to cattle and rates well. Ride by yourself or with the rest of the crew, he’s solid. He meets you at the gate, is great to shoe, loads and will back out of any trailer. I am proud to offer this gelding.
