This little horse has seen everything I could throw at him. He’s led pack mules into bear baits, then stood ground tied while I’d tend the bait. A young man I met at a restaurant who’d never ridden a horse before asked me if I’d let him ride one of mine. I said Mouse is the man for the job! He crawled up on him and Mouse just stood there with his head down until the man clucked to him, then eased off so they could ride around cow camp.
