Description:
Happy creek ranch is looking for the right individual seeking a farm position. This farm consists of +- 800 acres of farm ground. These acres include 5 pivots, and 3 flood fields. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance and operation of the 5 pivots we have, operating of equipment, (tractors, swathers, balers, etc.) putting up hay, basic mechanics and maintaining ditches/moving dams. Housing, beef, and a company vehicle are provided. Insurance is offered but not included. Wages DOE. This farm is a part of a cow/calf and feedlot operation. Individual may be involved in feeding/processing of cattle given the time of year. Must be a team player and be willing to work alone as well as with others. We are located about an hour north and west of Winnemucca on Hwy 140 heading towards Denio which is the closest school for young children (through 8th grade)
