Horses like Gunther don’t come around often. Gunther has been my go to, personal using horse for over 3 years now. I’ve done everything that there is to do on one, on him. Phone calls from neighbors about the cows getting out, we went. Picking up broncs at the rodeos, we went. Need a turn back horse at the cuttings, we went. Ranch rodeos, team roping, ranch sorting and team penning, you name it he will do it and do it well! This horse is genuinely what someone draws up in their mind when they’re thinking of everything they want one to be! We’ve used Gunther to give lessons to beginner riders and he’s the first one we pull out when we have a novice friend come over and want to be on a safe mount. Enjoy him out working on the ranch, trail riding, going through parades, he doesn’t care! He has excellent ground manners, stands like a gentleman for the farrier, great to catch, load, tie, saddle. He will be the same horse each time you ride him! I know that I will regret selling Gunther. The only reason that he’s being offered is because of all the money that it’s costing me to clean up after hurricane Helene damage. If it wasn’t for that, he would never leave this place.
