Fannie, a 9-year-old, AQHA bay roan mare. 14.3 hands, 1250lbs. She has a willingness to please attitude, which makes her a joy to ride no matter what you’re doing. Fannie has been used for all aspects of ranch work, including head and heel branding, roping and doctoring all classes of cattle outside, sorting cattle in the feedlot, and trailing cows. A variety of people have got along with this mare from grandparents to kids, to working cowboys. A handy sized horse, she is very tough, with a huge heart and will give you 100 percent every time. She saddles up the same every time, even with extended time off. She is a great pack horse, very dependable in rough terrain. She has spent time in the mountains, is sure footed in rough terrain, and carries herself well. She is good to catch, shoes, and loads.
