Kelsey is home raised 6-year-old gentle AQHA grey mare that Rachel and I have put through all the steps of our program. She is the kind that stays gentle and takes time off with ease. She is a short stout made mare that runs to cattle well, pulls hard from the horn, and is a pleasure to be around. She crosses water, down trees, and uses her brain when doing so. Rides out well by herself, is good to shoe, groom, and pack. She was used in hunting camp for two falls and did extremely well. She is an easy keeper and gets along well with many different horses. Kelsey would make a great break away horse with her speed and natural ability to stop. This mare has great foot speed and natural cow sense.
