Spend your summer in the mountains doing what you love! We’re hiring outgoing, reliable individuals to guide horseback trail rides in the stunning scenery of Vail, CO.

Vail Moms are invited to work one day a week all summer to have their own summer break.

Job Title: Horseback Trail Guide

Location: Vail, Colorado

Season: Summer 2025

Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available

What You’ll Do:

Lead guests of all ages on scenic horseback rides

Ensure the safety and comfort of riders and horses

Share your knowledge of the area’s natural beauty and wildlife

Care for and prepare horses before and after rides

Provide exceptional guest experiences every time

What We’re Looking For:

Experience handling and riding horses (guiding experience a big plus!)

Great people skills and a love for the outdoors

Able to work at altitude and be physically active

Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus
