Family man who values character, responsibility, and a high level of respect for the land, cattle, and people involved in the business is seeking a long-term ranch manager or Foreman opportunity. My self and my wife have over 15 plus years of experience serving cow-calf, heifer development, bull development, and raising - training quarter horses. I want to become an asset and valued team member. Driven and motivated by a genuine passion for ranching, livestock management, range management, and raising my family to understand and act in these values as well. Core values include commitment to improvement, holding myself accountable, focused on fundamentals/principles, and acting with humility and maturity. About Me: • Skilled Labor Background: Stockmanship, inventory management, managing livestock reproductive efficiency, herd health, grazing management, breeding program oversight, , employee management, communication, budgeting and cost management (with my wifes help). I’m comfortable operating heavy equipment (skid steers, trenchers, excavators, bucket trucks), managing crews, and handling anything thrown my way. Current CDL and Medical Card. • Strong Work Ethic: I show up every day with a can-do attitude, ready to work hard, learn quickly, and adapt to the needs of the ranch. • Family-Oriented: We have 4 dogs, 3 working cow dogs, and 6 horses. We keep a clean, respectful living environment. Family is very important to me, so I’m seeking a position that honors a healthy work-life balance. What I’m Looking For: • Family-Friendly & Professional Environment: Reliable, self-motivated and self starter. I thrive in a respectful, professional atmosphere where I’m treated fairly and can focus on my work. • Location: I prefer a position in Western Montana. • Housing: On-site housing is a must. It doesn’t need to be fancy, just clean, safe, and big enough for my family of 5. • Proximity to Town: Preferably within 1 to 1.5 hours of a Walmart or similar town, but this is flexible. • Compensation: Open to discussing fair pay with room for increases as I grow into more responsibilities. • Start Date: With respect to give my current employer a two week notice.
