Description:
We are a 16,000 hd feedlot in Northeast Colorado and we are looking to fill a position on our cattle crew. This is a good entry level position for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in the cattle industry. Applicants MUST have solid horsemanship skills and have (or have access to) their own horse(s) and tack. We are willing to train on everything else. Duties include, but are not limited to, checking cattle on horseback daily, doctoring, doing go-homes, sorting, processing, shipping, receiving cattle etc. Our crew also is in charge of necropsying cattle to identify cause of death, water tank cleaning and maintenance as well as some skid steer/dirt work.
