From a time when “Horse Power” was generated by real horses comes an excellent restored horse drawn carriage. Made from solid ¾”oak lumber and hand-forged hardware, it boasts of hard rubber tires on wooden spoke wheels, steel hubs with roller bearings, leaf spring suspension, hydraulic brakes on the rear wheels and two seats to accommodate four or more passengers. The tail-gate opens to load extra cargo with ease. The fringed canopy is easily removed if necessary for hauling or storage. At present it is equipped with shafts to be pulled by one horse however, our forefathers had enough forethought to design it so that shafts or tongue could be easily exchanged for use with a team. $2,500.00 Call Ray 719-580-1728.
