This gelding stands a true 15 hands and is built like a ranch horse should be. Comet was bred and raised on a big cow/calf operation in Montana and has been used on the ranch his whole life. Comet is no stranger to a full days work. Comet has ridden miles and miles of Montana terrain and will go wherever you point him without hesitation. Comet has a good ranch walk and trot on him so he can cover lots of country in an impressive time. Not only is Comet handy check fences on he is outstanding in the branding pen. He will drag calves all day to the fire. Comet is super one hand broke and side passes like a champ making it that much easier to get the job done. Comet has been used for a variety of jobs including ponying colts and halter breaking even the most stubborn donkeys. This gelding will drag absolutely anything you rope and is very strong. Comet has all the right tools to make a great head horse. Comet stands great for the farrier and will load up in any trailer. Don’t miss out on this handy gelding.
