Description:
My name is Kevin Ellington, I am 48, married with a newborn son. I have 40+ years of experience in the cattle industry from California to Louisiana, mainly in New Mexico and Arizona, in cow/calf, yearling and wild cattle. I have been to the wagon 36 times and have worked for some of the largest outfits in the country. I take pride in my abilities and knowledge of all aspects of ranching. I am hoping to find the right outfit for my family that maintains old school values and skills, where there is still a code of ethics and respect. I would prefer to stay in New Mexico, but am willing to relocate. We do not mind living remote.

Breaks and shoes own horses

Run equipment

Weld

Maintenance and basic repairs on vehicles and equipment

Knowledge of windmills, solar and generator wells

Build, repair and maintain fence

Experienced in large (100k+ acre) ranches

Proficient in roping and leading

Knowledge of cattle health and doctoring

Can read cow and country

Experienced in organizing gathering, branding and shipping
